Privacy Policy

Umitoeki is an app for discovering seaside stations and sharing
photos of them. Browsing works without an account; you only need to
sign in if you want to post photos, report content, or block other
users.
Data we collect

Account email. Signing in is optional, but it is
required to post photos, report content, or block other users. We
offer Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple. When you sign in,
we receive and store the email address associated with your
account so we can keep your posts tied to your account and let you
manage or delete them. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose
"Hide My Email", we only receive Apple's private relay address.

Photos you post. When you choose to post a photo,
the image is uploaded to our backend so it can be reviewed and, if
approved, shown to other users together with the station you
selected. Photos are re-encoded on your device before upload, which
removes embedded metadata such as GPS location.

Reports. If you report a photo, we store the photo
reference and the reason you selected so we can review and remove
objectionable content.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for your
name, phone number, or device location, and we do not track your
location.
Data stored only on your device
Your travel records, theme and language settings, supporter
nickname, and the list of photos you have hidden are saved locally on
your device and are not sent to us.
Third-party services

Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple handle
optional authentication. They provide us with the email address
tied to your account, as described above.

Supabase hosts the station data, your account, the
posted photos, and reports described above.

Google Maps is used to display maps. Map usage is
subject to Google's privacy policy. The app does not track or
transmit your device location.

Apple In-App Purchase handles optional "support"
tips. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your card
or payment details.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within the app at any time. This
permanently removes your account, the photos you posted, and your
reports.
Analytics & tracking
We do not use third-party analytics and we do not track you across
apps or websites.
Children
Umitoeki is not directed at children. User-posted photos are reviewed
before they are shown publicly, and you can report any content you
find objectionable.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this
page.

海と駅は、海の見える駅を探したり、その写真を共有したりするための
アプリです。閲覧はアカウントなしで利用できます。写真の投稿・通報・
他の利用者のブロックを行うときだけ、ログインが必要です。
収集する情報

アカウントのメールアドレス。ログインは任意ですが、
写真の投稿・通報・他の利用者のブロックを行うには必要です。Google
サインイン、および Apple でサインインに対応しています。サインイン
すると、投稿をアカウントに紐づけて管理・削除できるよう、アカウント
に紐づくメールアドレスを取得・保存します。Apple でサインインで
「メールを非公開」を選んだ場合は、Apple の中継アドレスのみを
受け取ります。

投稿された写真。写真を投稿すると、その画像は
審査のためにサーバーへアップロードされ、承認された場合は、
選んだ駅とあわせて他の利用者に表示されます。写真は端末側で
再エンコードしてからアップロードするため、GPS 位置などの
埋め込み情報は取り除かれます。

通報。写真を通報すると、不適切な内容を確認・
削除できるよう、その写真の参照情報と選択された理由を保存します。

取得しない情報。氏名・電話番号・端末の位置情報は
取得せず、位置情報の追跡も行いません。
端末内にのみ保存される情報
旅の記録、テーマや言語の設定、応援時のニックネーム、非表示にした
写真の一覧は、お使いの端末内にローカル保存され、サーバーへは
送信されません。
外部サービス

Google サインイン / Apple でサインイン：任意の
ログインに利用します。上記のとおり、アカウントに紐づくメール
アドレスが当方に提供されます。

Supabase：上記の駅データ、アカウント、投稿写真、
通報情報を保管しています。

Google マップ：地図の表示に利用します。地図の
利用には Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリは
端末の位置情報を追跡・送信しません。

Apple App内課金：任意の「応援」に利用します。
決済は Apple が処理し、カード情報や決済情報を当方が受け取ることは
ありません。
アカウントの削除
アプリ内からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除すると、
アカウントと、投稿した写真・通報情報が完全に削除されます。
解析・トラッキング
第三者の解析ツールは使用せず、アプリやWebサイトをまたいだ
トラッキングも行いません。
お子さまの利用について
海と駅は子ども向けのアプリではありません。利用者が投稿した写真は
公開前に審査され、気になる内容は通報していただけます。
